DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Tiffany Treloar delivers products Australia wide using Australia Post.
Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days and shipping times are estimated between 1-5 business days depending on your location within Australia. (See
PARCEL POST is our default option. Delivery time estimate 1-5 business days and includes tracking.
All orders over $200 are shipped for free using PARCEL POST.
Orders under $200 are charged $18 and shipped using PARCEL POST.
EXPRESS POST expedite your order for a fee of $30. Delivery time estimate 1-3 business days and includes tracking.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
For all purchases sent outside Australia we use Australia Post and it's nominated partners.
New Zealand (Zone 1) Flat rate $35AUD under $300, and Free shipping over $300AUD.
International shipping (Zones 2, 3, 4) rates are calculated by weight and destination zone, generally a flat rate of $50AUD is applicable.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 10 - 12 business days.
International order information will be emailed to the customer and include a tracking number.
Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any duties and taxes assessed by the destination country.
International orders may attract a tariff due to their country of origin. Any tariffs are applied automatically at point of purchase.
If the product is being returned we are unable to refund the Tarrif, Duties and Taxes.
