IN-STORE Purchases

We're happy to offer store credit or product exchanges within 7 days for full price items bought in-store. 

Please note, sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.


 ONLINE Purchases

Return full-price items within 7 days of delivery for store credit or refund. 

Exchange a wrong size for credit or refund, then repurchase the correct size online (if available).

Online sale items can be returned for store credit only, not refunds.

Sale items over 50% off can not be returned, refunded, exchanged or credited.  

 

MORE ABOUT RETURNS

To return an item, begin the process within 7 days of receipt.

All items undergo quality control before dispatch. If there's an issue with your delivery, contact us upon receipt of your goods.

You can request a refund, exchange, or credit if items are faulty, not as described, or different from your online purchase.

Items for return must be in original condition, unwashed with labels attached and in original packaging. Used items will not be refunded.

 

Timeframe for returns and exchanges: Domestic within 14 days, International within 28 days.

Items returned without an authorisation number or outside these time frames will not be accepted. 

 

Return Postage Costs Customers are responsible for return postage unless items are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please use registered post and retain proof of purchase, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

 

MAKE A RETURN

  1. Email info@tiffanytreloar.com.au and request a Return Authorisation Number within 48 hours of receiving your order.  
  2. Upon approval of the return or exchange, you will be emailed a Return Authorisation Number.
  3. Write the Return Authorisation Number on the original receipt and include in package with returned items.
  4. Please send the tracking number for the return to info@tiffanytreloar.com.au.

Outcome After we inspect your return, we'll email you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, (depending on your bank).
